Charges

10 day period - £40

Additional charge for each day over the initial 10 day period - £3 per day

Refundable deposit - £200

Booking Procedure

1. Use the booking system below to reserve the bike box for your required period

3. Please allow AT LEAST 3 WORKING DAYS before your date of travel for delivery of the box unless you intend to collect from our Bristol studio AND allow time for you to get the box back to us.

4. No payment is made when you reserve the box. You will be sent an email explaining how to make payment for the deposit and the entire rental period so please ensure you type your email address correctly when making your reservation. Payment confirms your booking

5. Your card will be charged for the entire amount (including deposit) to confirm the booking.

6. Late return of any box will result in a £25 charge PER DAY

6. Deposit is refunded on return of the box to the Bike Science Bristol studio

7. Price includes shipping to any UK mainland destination, you cover the cost of returning the box to us

8. Open to UK customers only
