SOLE Thin Sport custom footbeds are totally heat moldable to offer custom level of support. Simply pop them in a 60deg oven for 3 minutes, stick them in your shoes and spin on the bike gently until they cool. The result? Supportive footbeds to help control over pronation or low arches with exactly the level of support you need. Sold in whole sizes only, if you require a half size, purchase the next size up and trim using your current insole as a template. Sizing comes up about 1 size above standard UK sizes. ie if you normally take an 8 select your insoles in size 7.
